3. Course Access and Use

• Enrollment grants a non-transferable, limited license to access course materials for your personal or company-authorized use.
• Do not share login credentials or redistribute content without permission.
• We may update course materials to improve quality and accuracy.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees are due at enrollment. Refund windows: 7 days before live cohorts/workshops begin; or within 7 days of self-paced purchase if under 20% complete.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by BoldCrest Oratory or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials except as expressly permitted.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them using methods other than the interface provided.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific speaking results, job outcomes, or financial returns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoldCrest Oratory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
